CONSTRUCTIOn

Estimated Completion

We currently estimate that construction of Solai will be completed in Q3 2025.

PRE-SETTLEMENT

Arrange Finance

Between completion of the project build and settlement is a good time to begin organising finance. We recommend getting in touch with your bank or mortgage broker at this point to make sure everything is in order.

PRE-SETTLEMENT

Pre-Settlement Inspection

Once construction has been completed and a Certificate of Occupancy and Use (COU) has been issued for the project, you will be invited to attend a Pre-Settlement Inspection of your property.

PRE-SETTLEMENT

Bank Valuation

Once settlements have been called, you will need to arrange a bank valuation of the property in preparation for Settlement.

SETTLEMENT

Settlement + Move In

Following a successful valuation and finance being approved, you’ve settled! This means the property is now yours and your can now move into your brand new home at Solai.

Timeframes provided are an estimate only and are subject to change based on a number of factors including weather, supply chain delays and government approvals.
