Our Disciplines

  • The Bronte Group Residential division manages the end-to-end delivery of residential developments, from site acquisition and planning through to construction and completion. With deep in-house expertise across every stage of the development lifecycle, we’re able to manage risk, optimise outcomes and deliver high-quality homes across Canberra’s evolving suburbs. Since 2017, Bronte Group has delivered over $220 million in residential projects, completing 416 homes for the local community.

  • Our Commercial division delivers a diverse range of commercial and industrial developments, managing projects from early consultation through to construction and completion. From boutique commercial spaces to large-scale mixed-use and warehouse developments, all projects are delivered by our experienced internal project management team, ensuring a consistent, considered approach across developments of varying scale and complexity.

  • Bronte Group is a licensed real estate company managing off-the-plan marketing and sales across our own development portfolio and select external projects. Our integrated approach combines in-house marketing, sales and CRM systems to provide accurate reporting, market insight and informed strategy throughout the sales lifecycle. To date, we have successfully delivered 344 townhomes valued at $179.6 million and 429 apartments valued at $263 million, supporting strong outcomes for both developers and buyers.

  • Bronte Group provides development management and property consulting services to a broad range of clients, supporting projects at every stage of the development lifecycle. Our consulting expertise spans site acquisition and due diligence, feasibility and planning studies, master planning and design coordination, development approvals, finance strategy, and pricing, marketing and release planning. This end-to-end support allows our clients to make informed decisions and achieve confident, well-considered project outcomes.
